Ingredients
- ½ x red onion
- ¼ x leeks
- 75 g ham
- 50 g cream cheese with herbs and spices
- 1 dl crème fraîche
- 4 x baguettes
- 4 slices cheese
Method
- Cut red onion, leaks and ham into cubes.
- Mix together cream cheese and creme fraiche to a big bowl, add the chopped ingredients and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut the baguettes halfway, add the filling to the baguettes and top with cheese. Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees celcius for 15 minutes.
