Quick and yummy everyday snacks!
Ingredients
- 1 x apple
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1 dl coconut flakes
Method
- Cut the apple into even slices crosswise and make a hole in the middle, so that you can remove the core of the apple.
- Melt cooking chocolate in a water bath, preferably with a tablespoon of cold-pressed coconut oil to get a thin and fine consistency.
- Dip the apple pieces in chocolate and then in the coconut mixture.
- Put in the fridge for 10 - 30 minutes and enjoy a delicious and healthier snack!
