Apple chocolate donuts

Quick and yummy everyday snacks!

Ingredients

  • 1 x apple
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 1 dl coconut flakes

Method

  1. Cut the apple into even slices crosswise and make a hole in the middle, so that you can remove the core of the apple.
  2. Melt cooking chocolate in a water bath, preferably with a tablespoon of cold-pressed coconut oil to get a thin and fine consistency.
  3. Dip the apple pieces in chocolate and then in the coconut mixture.
  4. Put in the fridge for 10 - 30 minutes and enjoy a delicious and healthier snack!
