Make brown cheese to put on fresh waffles. Recipe for 1 brown cheese.
Ingredients
- 100 g vegan butter
- 100 g dark sirup
- 100 g muscovado sugar
- 200 g vegan cream
- ½ tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 ½ tbsp agar agar
Method
- Put all the ingrediens in a casserole. Whisk all together as well as you can, before you put on any heat.
- Put aluminium foil in a dish that's 15x12x5 cm or bigger.
- Cook the mixture while you whisk continuesly. Let it cook for 1 minute till it thickens.
- Pour the mixture into the dish and let it cool on the bench for 5 minutes.
- Put it in the fridge and let it cool for 2 hours till it stiffens. Use a cheese slicer and put it on a slice of bread, in a waffle or whatever you like to put brown cheese on.
