Vegan brownie

Tastes like heaven! The recipe is for a brownie in a roasting pan.

Ingredients

  • 300 g vegan butter
  • 300 g dark chocolate
  • 2 dl aquafaba
  • 6 dl plain white flour
  • 4 dl sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Method

  1. Put the oven on 175 celcius.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter.
  3. Whisk aquafaba with an electric machine. It will be stiff enouh after 5-10 minutes.
  4. Put in the melted chocolate and butter. Whisk it in so everything is blended together.
  5. Put in the dry ingredients and whisk everything together.
  6. Put baking paper on a roasting pan and pour on the cake batter. Spread out and put in the middle of the oven for 40 minutes. If you halve the recipe, use a baking dish that's around 23x23 cm and in the oven for 25 minutes.
  7. When it's done, let it cool before you cut into it. Cut into bites and serve. If you are going to eat it later, put in a box in the fridge.
