Spinach and Feta casserole

Easy and perfect for mealprep😀

Ingredients

  • 200 g spinach
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 3 x eggs
  • 1 dl plain white flour
  • 1 dl milk
  • 1 handful tomato
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 50 g parmesan
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Finely chop the garlic. Then pan sear the garlic and spinach for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Pour the spinach and garlicmix into a casserole. Add eggs, black pepper, flour and milk. Chop the tomatoes and feta and mix well.
  4. Top with grated parmesan and put in the oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
