Ingredients
- 100 g fusilli
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 dl crème fraîche
- 100 g ham
- 100 g snow peas
- 1 x red pepper
- 1 x red onion
- 50 g rocket
Method
- Boil the pasta in salted water.
- Mince the garlic and add to a large salad bowl along with the creme fraiche. Mix and season with salt and pepper.
- Dice the ham, sugar snap peas, peppers and red onion. Next, add these to the creme fraiche bowl.
- Rinse the cooked pasta in cold water until it has cooled completely. Add the pasta and rocket to the bowl with everything else, stir well and serve.
