If you have leftover tomato soup, don't even think about throwing it away. This delicious leftover dish has become a classic in my little family, and I'm sure you'll love it too!
Ingredients
- 100 g dried pasta
- 2 dl tomato soup
- 25 g parmesan
- ½ handful fresh basil
- 50 g serrano ham
Method
- Boil pasta as directed on the package.
- Heat the tomato soup in a saucepan and add a little pasta water if necessary.
- Mince the serrano ham and fresh basil. Grate parmesan. If you don't have serrano ham, you can use any ham, fried bacon, fried chicken or if you want to fry up some vegetables, it's very good. Check your fridge, and use what you can find!
- Mix everything together and season with pepper and salt. I like to top with a little more parmesan! Learn to love your leftovers with Sulten!
