Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce with less salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 dl water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 800 g salmon fillet
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 clove garlic
- 400 g rice
- 2 x spring onion
- 1 x lemon
- 4 dl rice
Method
- Prepare the rice as instructed on the package.
- Mix together soy sauce with less salt, lemon juice, water, sesame oil and oyster sauce to a bowl. Season to taste with lemon and honey, before you combine the cornstarch to the sauce.
- Heat a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of oil on medium high heat. Lightly season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and fry on both sides until cooked through, or however you prefer your salmon. Remove the salmon to a plate.
- Add garlic and fry until golden with the remaining oil. Lower the heat to medium and pour in the sauce. Let it simmer for approx. 30 seconds until it thickens a bit, then it's ready.
- Pour the sauce over the salmon, or serve the elements separately. Feel free to sprinkle some chopped spring onions on top and serve with lemon wedges. Serve with cooked rice.
