Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 x eggs
- 2 dl plain white flour
- 1 dl oats
- 4 dl oat milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 dl currants
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 dl sour cream
Method
- Melt the butter.
- Mix melted butter, eggs, wheat flour, oatmeal, oat milk, baking powder, salt and a little sugar (if desired) in a blender. Mix for 1 minute.
- Stir currants and sugar together. Taste with more sugar if you want it sweeter.
- Fry the pancakes on a medium hot plate with a little butter. Serve immediately with sour cream and freshly stirred currants.
