Ingredients
- 400 g dark chocolate
- 350 g nut mix
- 80 g coconut
- 1 pinch sea salt
Method
- Melt the chocolate. You can use any type of chocolate, but I prefer dark chocolate in this recipe.
- Chop the nutmix into smaller pieces. You can use nutmix from the store or mix whatever you prefer from nuts and dried fruits.
- Pour the nutmix into the melted chocolate and add the coconut.
- Pour the mixture into a form covered with parchment sheet and sprinkle with sea salt. Set aside to cool in the fridge.
- When the mixture has cool down, divide it to square pieces. I recommend to store them in the fridge, ready for you to indulge when needed!
