Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 2 dl sugar
- 1 x eggs
- 4 dl oats
- 100 g dark baking chocolate
- 50 g almond
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes
Method
- Brown the butter. Then, set aside and let it cool.
- Add the sugar and eggs to a bowl. Whisk well before adding the cooled butter. Stir well.
- Make oat flour by grinding oatmeal in a blender until it reaches a floury texture.
- Coarsely chop the dark chocolate and almonds, and fold them into the cookie dough along with the out flour.
- Leave the dough to cool in the fridge for about 1 hour.
- Use two tablespoons to dig out the dough for each cookie and distribute them across a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the cookies with a tiny bit of flaked salt, if desired. Then, bake in the centre of the oven at 180 degrees celsius for about 10-15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
