
Ingredients
- 4 ½ dl plain yogurt
- 450 g plain white flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 5 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 x eggs
- 1 pack cream cheese
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp sugar
Method
- Preheat the oven at 200 degrees celsius.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough into a bowl. The dough should be somewhat sticky, but feel free to use a little more flour if it becomes too sticky or impossible to roll
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread on the filling.
- Roll the dough and divide into equal-sized pieces. Brush with egg (can be omitted) and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until you get a golden brown colour.
- Mix together a box of cream cheese and icing sugar and spread over the buns when they have cooled.
