Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 dl almond milk
  • 2 tbsp sukrin sugar free gold syrup
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 x espresso
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 pinch vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp sugar free powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp caramel sugar-free syrup

Method

  1. To a pot heat almond milk, pumpkin puree, dry sugar syrup, vanilla powder and dry sugar. Stirr until simmer.
  2. Mix the spices to a small bowl and add them to the pumpkin milk.
  3. Add the espresso in a glass or cup, and pour over the hot and spiced pumpkin milk.
  4. Top with whipped cream, spices and Sukrin syrup caramel. Serve immediately.
