Ingredients
- 2 dl potato peel
- 2 dl sun flower oil
- ½ tsp norwegian gastromat spice
Method
- This is so good - especially if you like the Norwegian spice Gastromat;) If you want to use another spice, just do it.
- Use potato peelings. Heat the oil so it is ready for frying
- Ad in potato peelings. Make sure they do not burn wile they fry. If you ad more peelings, it takes longer to finish. The oil is very hot, so be careful not to burn yourself.
- When done frying, place the chips on a piece of paper. Season immediately with Gastromat or other spice.
