Note: We are using leftover mushroom soup in this recipe that were made earlier this Weekly Menu.
Ingredients
- 1 x shallots
- 150 g reindeer filet
- 3 x potatoes
- 1 tbsp lingonberry jam
- ½ dl heavy cream
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp black pepper
Method
- Cut shallots into strips and fry in a pot together with some butter until the onion turn soft.
- Add the chopped reindeer meat, and fry in the pot until almost cooked through. Meanwhile, you can cut the potatoes into cubes.
- Add the potatoes, lingonberry jam, leftover mushroom soup and cream, and let simmer for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are done.
- Add soy sauce and pepper to taste, and serve.
