Jelly Candy with Flavors of Mango, Orange and Lemon

Ingredients

  • 1 x lemon
  • 1 ½ x orange
  • 100 g mango
  • 10 g gelatin powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp sugar free and stevia mix powdered sugar

Method

  1. Squeeze the juice of lemon and orange and add to a bowl with the mango. Use an immersion blender to smooth it all together.
  2. Bring the juice to a pot and add gelatin powder and the sweetener. Bring to a boil and stir the whole time.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds and put it in the fridge until it has set. Then just fold the jelly candy out of the molds. If they are a bit stuck: rinse the back of the molds with warm water to make them release more easily.
  4. Store the jelly candy to a box in the refrigerator. Eat within 1 or 2 weeks.
