Ingredients
- ½ dl short grain rice
- 1 dl water
- 2 ½ dl whole milk
- 1 pinch salt
Method
- Boil short grain rice and water in a saucepan until the rice has absorbed almost all of the water.
- Add the milk and turn down the heat. Let the porridge simmer for about 1 hour. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
- Season with a tiny bit of salt at the end, and serve with sugar, cinnamon and a bit of butter.
