Ingredients
- 50 g butter
- 10 dl milk
- 4 x eggs
- 6 dl plain white flour
- 2 pinch salt
- ½ tsp beetroot powder
- ½ tsp purple sweet potato powder
- ½ tsp blue spirulina powder
- ½ tsp orange red pepper powder
Method
- Melt butter in a saucepan and let it cool.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl.
- Stir in salt and half of the flour to the egg mixture.
- Combine the milk, the butter and the rest of the flour little by little, till you are left with a lump-free pancake batter.
- Divide the mixture into four bowls and mix the different colors separately into each part.
- Fry the pancakes in a frying pan on medium heat with butter. Make beautiful patterns og fry one color at the time. Serve with sugar, bananas, fruit and jam!
