You can easily make the Easter marzipan yourself with just a few ingredients! Naturally colored Easter marzipan dipped in light chocolate. These marigolds taste absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- 100 g almond flour
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp orange red pepper powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 150 g light sugar-free cooking chocolate
- 20 g sprinkles
- ΒΌ dl freshly squeezed orange juice
Method
- Mix together almond flour and icing sugar in a bowl.
- Add juice from orange and knead to a firm dough.
- Divide the dough into two parts and knead in powder colouring.
- Put the dough in the fridge covered with plastic wrap for at least an hour.
- Roll out small balls and dip them in melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle with cake sprinkles and refrigerate until the chocolate has set.
