Easter marzipan with a hint of orange flavour!

You can easily make the Easter marzipan yourself with just a few ingredients! Naturally colored Easter marzipan dipped in light chocolate. These marigolds taste absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 100 g almond flour
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp orange red pepper powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 150 g light sugar-free cooking chocolate
  • 20 g sprinkles
  • ΒΌ dl freshly squeezed orange juice

Method

  1. Mix together almond flour and icing sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add juice from orange and knead to a firm dough.
  3. Divide the dough into two parts and knead in powder colouring.
  4. Put the dough in the fridge covered with plastic wrap for at least an hour.
  5. Roll out small balls and dip them in melted chocolate.
  6. Sprinkle with cake sprinkles and refrigerate until the chocolate has set.
