Mezze Plate

Ingredients

  • ½ x cucumber
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 dl plain yogurt
  • ½ x lemon
  • ¼ x rocket

Method

  1. For this dinner we'll be using the chickpea filling, hummus and pita bread that were made earlier this week.
  2. Start making the tzatziki by grating the cucumber. Place the grated cucumber in a kitchen towel, wrap it in nicely and squeeze out as much water as you can.
  3. Mince the garlic and add to a bowl along with the grated cucumber and yogurt. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  4. Place the rocket, chickpea filling, hummus, tzatziki and pita bread on a plate, mezze-style and serve.
