
Optional: Add some instant mashed potato-powder to the end of the cooking time if you want a thicker consistency.
Ingredients
- ½ x yellow onion
 - 4 x potatoes
 - 2 x carrot
 - ¼ x swede
 - ¼ x leeks
 - 300 g beef
 - 100 g meatballs
 - 8 dl water
 - 1 x beef bouillon
 - 2 x bay leaf
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp black pepper
 - 1 tsp thyme
 
Method
- Slice the onion and beef into strips. Add to a pot with some oil and fry over the fire.
 - Add the water, bouillon, chopped veggies, meatballs and some spice (I used salt, pepper and thyme). Let simmer over the fire for 20 minutes.
