Ingredients
- 200 g fresh spaghetti
- 1 handful shredded parmesan
- 1 handful parsley
- ¼ x lemon
Method
- Boil a good amount of water and add salt.
- Add spaghetti and boil for about 3–4 minutes or as directed on the package.
- Add the shrimp salad to a frying pan. Heat up and add parmesan, parsley leaves and a little pasta water. approx. 0.5–1 dl.
- Combine everything and serve with grated parmesan and lemon.
