Ingredients
- 3 ½ dl plain white flour
- ¼ pack dry yeast
- 1 ½ dl lukewarm water
- 100 g parmesan
- ½ x red onion
- ½ dl crème fraîche
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp dill
- ½ tsp salt
- 40 g capelin roe
Method
- Start by making the pizza dough. Combine flour, dry yeast, salt and lukewarm water in a bowl and knead the dough for about 10 minutes. Leave it to rise for about 45-60 minutes.
- Grate the parmesan.
- Roll out the dough into a round pizza, and top with grated parmesan. Bake in the middle of the oven at 215 degrees celsius for about 15 minutes.
- Mince the red onion.
- Combine creme fraiche, mayonnaise and salt in a bowl and mix well.
- Top the pizza with roe, creme fraiche sauce, red onion and fresh dill.
