Tofu Wok

ingredienser

  • 130 g tofu
  • 2 tsp red curry paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 100 g pasta tagliatelle
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ x red onion
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 x celery sticks
  • 1 x carrot
  • ⅓ x broccoli

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes and add to a bowl. In a cup, stir together soy sauce and half of the red curry paste with a fork. Pour over the tofu and gently stir until all the pieces are covered in marinade. Let them marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Fry the tofu in a frying pan with oil. Make sure to stir them around so that the oil covers all tofu surfaces, and cook until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Boil the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Dice all the vegetables, and fry the garlic, red onion and ginger in a pan until the onion is soft.
  5. Add the rest of the red curry paste and the rest of the vegetables and wok for about 5-6 minutes.
  6. Fold in the pasta and fried tofu, and season with black pepper and soy sauce.
