Pasta Salad with Ham

   Boil the pasta in salted water.

   Mince the garlic and add to a large salad bowl along with the creme fraiche. Mix and season with salt and pepper.

   Dice the ham, sugar snap peas, peppers and red onion. Next, add these to the creme fraiche bowl.

   Rinse the cooked pasta in cold water until it has cooled completely. Add the pasta and rocket to the bowl with everything else, stir well and serve.
