Bean Salad

ingredienser

  • 300 g green beans
  • 400 g water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ x lemon
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 pinch black pepper
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

fremsgangsmåte

  1. Rinse the beans well with cold water. Cut off the ends. Split them in half. Boil the water and add salt and the beans. Cook them for 5-7 minutes on medium heat. Strain and set aside.
  2. Mix lemon juice, chopped chives, olive oil and pepper together.
  3. Add the beans and mix well.
  4. Pour everything onto a serving plate and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, walnuts and pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
