- 300 g green beans
 - 400 g water
 - ½ tsp salt
 - ½ x lemon
 - 2 tbsp chives
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 2 pinch black pepper
 - 150 g feta cheese
 - 2 tbsp walnuts
 - 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

- Rinse the beans well with cold water. Cut off the ends. Split them in half. Boil the water and add salt and the beans. Cook them for 5-7 minutes on medium heat. Strain and set aside.
 - Mix lemon juice, chopped chives, olive oil and pepper together.
 - Add the beans and mix well.
 - Pour everything onto a serving plate and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, walnuts and pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
