This might be the quickest, most ingenious leftover snack you can make at home with just 4 ingredients, which you most likely already have. Tortilla wraps often go to waste after Friday's taco night in many Norwegian households, but this should be the solution! It takes about 10 minutes to make and can be stored in a jar for as long as you'd like. (Vanished in ten minutes in our house!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp dairy butter
- 2 x tortillas
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Melt the butter and brush both sides of the tortilla wraps with the melted butter. You can also use liquid margarine.
- Layer the tortilla wraps on top of each other and cut them into small triangles.
- Put sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, and toss the triangles in the mixture until they are completely coated with sugar and cinnamon. Spread them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, depending on your oven. Be careful not to burn them. Let them cool on a plate or a wire rack.
