Chicken Kimchi Noodles with Veggies!

Kimchi-flavored noodles are a definite favorite with us, and you can usually find them in international stores. You can use other noodles too. This dish also invites other ingredients from the fridge: carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, spring onions or similar vegetables. If you have coconut milk or cream, add some if you prefer a milder taste.


  • 1 pack kimchi noodles
  • 125 g chicken breast
  • Β½ x red onion
  • 1 handful fresh coriander
  • ΒΌ x chinese cabbage


  1. Prepare noodles as directed on the package.
  2. When the noodles are almost done, add the rest of the ingredients. If you want to add carrot, cut it into julienne (thin strips) and combine with the noodles. Same with other vegetables you have in the fridge. Consider what you want to add and how big or small to cut the pieces.
  3. Peel and slice the red onion and add to the noodles. Boil and add chopped Chinese cabbage and coriander. Simmer for 1 minute and serve immediately.
