Spicy ramen with cheesy flavor tastes so good and is ready in 10 minutes. A real comfort meal that's easy to get addicted to. Use your favorite brand of noodle packs. For this one, I've used a Korean one with chicken flavor and bean paste. It's seriously spicy, but tastes heavenly with the sweet corn and cheese.
Ingredients
- 5 dl water
- 1 pack ramen noodle
- 1 handful cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- ¼ x carrot
- 100 g corn
Method
- Bring water to a boil and add ramen noodles and the seasoning packet. When the noodles are almost done, add grated cheddar, cream cheese, grated carrot, and corn. Let it cook for a couple of minutes while stirring.
- Note: I usually add an egg to this dish. Quickly whisk it and add it when the water is boiling with the noodles and seasoning. Extra protein and nutrition, here you go.
- Transfer the noodles to a bowl, optionally top with some more grated cheddar and finely chopped spring onion. Enjoy!
