Ingredients
- 50 g sugar
- 1 x egg white
- 50 g almond
- 50 g dark baking chocolate
Method
- Add sugar in a blender and mix until it has become powdered sugar.
- Whisk together the powdered sugar and egg whites until completely stiff.
- Coarsely chop almonds and dark chocolate, and vend in to the mixture.
- With a tablespoon spread the batter on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees celsius hot air for about 15-20 minutes. Cool first on the baking tray, then transfer to a rack.
