Meat weekly menu 02/2024
In a blink of an eye you will have this dish ready. Totally vegan and a taste that will fill your heart with joy. In dish I recommend Soon Vegan Noodles from Korea, but you can use any noodle you like.
Ingredients
- 5 dl water
- 1 pack noodles
- 1 x spring onion
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 1 handful thai young kale
- 6 x vegan balls
- ½ x lime
- 1 handful fresh coriander
Method
- Bring water to a boil.
- In a large bowl, combine noodles, thinly sliced spring onions, bean sprouts and chopped Thai young kale. Sprinkle the seasoning from the noodle package and ladle over the hot water. Cover the bowl with a plate, allowing the noodles to rest until ready.
- Heat a frying pan with a touch of cooking oil. Cook the vegetarian balls according to the package instructions or for about 6 minutes.
- Place the vegetarian balls and fresh coriander to the bowl, and savor the dish with a drizzle of freshly squeezed lime juice.
