As an alternative to rhubarb, you can use raspberry, apples and many other fruits or berries.
Ingredients
- 1 dl butter
- 1 dl oats
- 1 dl almond meal
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 handful rhubarb
- 1 dl vanilla sauce
Method
- Mix melted butter, oatmeal, crushed almonds, cinnamon and vanilla sugar.
- Outdoors: Cook rhubarb and a handful sugar in a pan until it's well mixed.
- Outdoors: Use your hands to make a small pie. Bake on both sides in a pan.
- Add the rhubarb mix on top of the pie and serve with some vanilla sauce.
