Ingredients
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 2 dl almond milk
- 2 tbsp sukrin sugar free gold syrup
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 x espresso
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 pinch vanilla powder
- 1 tsp sugar free powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp caramel sugar-free syrup
Method
- To a pot heat almond milk, pumpkin puree, dry sugar syrup, vanilla powder and dry sugar. Stirr until simmer.
- Mix the spices to a small bowl and add them to the pumpkin milk.
- Add the espresso in a glass or cup, and pour over the hot and spiced pumpkin milk.
- Top with whipped cream, spices and Sukrin syrup caramel. Serve immediately.
