Pestopizza as a Christmas tree is a bit of an insta-Christmas classic. Here's my version!
Ingredients
- 7 dl plain white flour
- ½ pack dry yeast
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 dl lukewarm water
- 2 handful fresh basil
- 100 g parmesan
- 1 clove garlic
- 60 g toasted pine nuts
- 1 ½ dl olive oil
- 1 pinch sea salt flakes
- 1 pinch black pepper
