Ginger Turmeric Tea

A delicious warming tea perfect for cold days or if you’re feeling a bit under the weather. This Ginger Turmeric Tea reduces inflammation and nausea, helps with digestion and can reduce pain.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp leftover pulp from my ginger turmeric shot recipe
  • 2 ½ dl boiling water

Method

  1. Prepare a reusable tea infuser with the leftover pulp. About 1 tbsp of fresh pulp per cup of tea is a good measure, but adjust depending on how strong you like your tea.
  2. Bring water to a boil and pour over the tea.
  3. Steep to taste, about 5-10 min. The flavour of the ginger increases over time without turning bitter like tea leaves. Add a touch of honey if you like it sweeter. Enjoy!
