Ingredients
- 70 g diced bacon
- 1 x garlic baguettes
- ⅓ x leeks
- 1 x pear
- 50 g blue cheese
- ½ x rocket
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g frozen brussels sprouts
Method
- Divide the Brussels sprouts in half and bake in the middle of the oven at 220 degrees celsius with the bacon for about 15-20 minutes.
- Bake the garlic bread according to the instructions on the package.
- Slice leeks, pear and blue cheese.
- In a bowl, combine rocket, olive oil, fried Brussels sprouts, bacon, leeks and pear. Top with blue cheese and serve with warm garlic baguette.
