Banana chia pudding with yogurt

Ingredients

    chia pudding:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 ½ dl oat milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 8 slices banana

    Yogurt top:

  • 1 dl plant-based yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp beetroot powder

Method

  1. Cut up banana slices and place in the bottom of the glass and around the sides.
  2. Mix together chia seeds and oat milk. Stir well before pouring it into the glass.
  3. Put it in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  4. Mix yoghurt with maple syrup, vanilla extract and beetroot powder and pour it on top of the chia pudding. Top with berries and enjoy.
