Gluten-free Chocolate Porridge with Banana

Ingredients

  • 1 dl gluten-free oats
  • 1 ½ dl water
  • ½ dl oat milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 x banana
  • 1 handful almond
  • 1 tbsp dutch-process cocoa powder

Method

  1. Boil together gluten-free oatmeal, water, oat milk and salt to a porridge.
  2. Stir in baking cocoa and maple syrup.
  3. Mash half the banana and stir it into the porridge. Then roast the almonds in a dry pan.
  4. Slice the rest of the banana and top the porridge with the banana and almonds.
  5. Note: make sure to buy gluten-free oat milk.
