- 150 g vegan nuggets
- ¼ x cucumber
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 ½ dl crème fraîche
- ¼ x lemon
- ¼ x red onion
- ⅓ x summer crisp lettuce
- 2 x tortillas

- Fry the vegan nuggets according to the instructions on the package.
- Grate the cucumber and add to a kitchen towel. Squeeze out as much water as you can from the cucumber.
- Mince the garlic and add to a bowl together with the cucumber, creme fraiche and lemon juice. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut red onion and summer crisp lettuce.
- Heat up som tortillas and fill them with salad, red onion, nuggets and homemade tzatziki.
- Note! If you follow the weekly menu, you have to set said 2/3 of the tzatzikien. It will be used in other recipes this weekly menu.
