Juicy Crispy Duck with Hoisin Sauce, Chinese Pancakes and Fresh Vegetables

Tilberedning

1. 1

At 180 degrees celsius you bake the duck thighs for 15 minutes in an AirFryer.

2. 2

You can use a hot air oven to heat the duck thighs, but they clearly turn out best in an air fryer. If you will use the oven, calculate a little longer cooking time.

3. 3

Wash the vegetables and peel the carrots. Cut all the vegetables into thin strips.

4. 4

Steam the pancakes according to the instructions on the package.

5. 5

Serve with hoisin sauce, some minced coriander and sesame seeds.
