- 1 dl oats
- 1 x carrot
- 1 dl vanilla yoghurt
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 dl milk

- Grind the oats in a blender until it has turned to flour.
- Grate the carrot and add to a jam jar along with vanilla yogurt, cinnamon and maple syrup. Mix/shake well.
- Add the oat flour and stir to combine. Pour in your milk of choice, put the lid on, give it a good shake, and store in the fridge overnight or at least for a couple of hours.
