- Use a kitchen mixer if you have.
- Place oats, all-purpose flour, and salt to a bowl.
- Heat the milk to 37 degrees Celsius (98.6 degrees Fahrenheit) and add the dry yeast. Stir and let it sit for a while to dissolve the yeast.
- Knead the dry mixture with the wet mixture for about 10 minutes. Cover it with a clean kitchen towel, place the dough in a warm spot, and let it rise for approximately 30 minutes.
- Making Crackers: 100g of dough makes 8 crackers. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) with convection. Divide the dough into 8 small pieces and roll them into long sticks. Then, roll out the dough until it's about 2-3 mm thin. Bake for 10 minutes. Take the crackers out and brush them with olive oil and add salt if you want to enhance the flavor. Bake for a couple more minutes, but keep an eye on them to prevent burning. Cool on a wire rack.
- Making Rolls: 100g of dough makes one roll. Shape the dough into rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press them down slightly and outwards to make room for more toppings. Let them rise for 30 minutes. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit). Cool on a wire rack.
- Making Bread: 800g of dough makes one loaf of bread. Place the dough in a bread pan with parchment paper or on a baking sheet. Allow it to rise until it doubles in size. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 40 minutes, depending on your oven. If you hear a "hollow" sound when you tap the top of the bread, it's done.
