Asian Porridge

ingredienser

  • 1 dl short grain rice
  • 5 dl water
  • 1 x vegetable bouillon
  • ½ tsp chili spice
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • ½ x carrot
  • ¼ x spring onion
  • ⅒ x cucumber
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

fremsgangsmåte

  1. Since the rice well in cold water.
  2. Add rice, water, vegetable bullion, grated ginger and chili spice to a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Lower the heat and let it simmer about 50 minutes. Stir occasionally for the porridge not to burn.
  4. Serve with sliced carrot, spring union and cucumber. Top it off with soy sauce.
