- ½ tbsp peanut butter
- ¼ tbsp sesame oil
- ¼ tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tbsp sriracha
- ½ tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp water
- ¼ clove garlic
- ¼ tbsp ginger
- 60 g tofu
- ¼ x red pepper
- 40 g mushroom
- 60 g noodles
fremsgangsmåte
- Start by adding peanut butter, sesame oil, maple sirup, sriracha, rice vinegar, soy sauce, water, minced garlic and minced ginger to a small bowl. Mix well using a fork.
- Fry bell pepper, scrambled tofu and mushrooms for 5 minutes.
- Cook your noodles according to package instructions.
- Add the noodles to the pan.
- Pour the sauce into the pan, toss and enjoy!
