Ingredients
- ½ x beetroot
- ½ x pear
- ½ x red onion
- ¼ x lemon
- ¼ dl crème fraîche
- ½ handful rocket
Method
- Note: We are using leftover burgers and leftover burger buns in this recipe that were made earlier this weekly menu.
- Start by making the beet salad. Grate the beets and the pear, and mince the red onion.
- Add the chopped ingredients to a bowl together with lemon juice and the creme fraiche. Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Toast the burger buns and warm up the burgers.
- Serve with rocket and beet salad.
