Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 dl crème fraîche
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ tsp mustard
- ¼ x lemon
- ¼ tsp salt
- 200 g chicken breast
- ½ x romaine lettuce
- 25 g parmesan
Method
- Start by making the bread croutons. Cut bread slices into cubes and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Add olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt. Mix together and bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for about 8 minutes, until the croutons have acquired a golden brown color. Cool on a wire rack.
- Make caesar dressing. Mince the garlic and add in creme fraiche together with mustard, salt and lemon juice. Mix together and set aside.
- Fry the chicken fillet in a frying pan. Season with salt and pepper.
- Slice romaine lettuce, and fold Caesar dressing into the sliced lettuce.
- Top with fried chicken fillet, bread croutons and parmesan.
