`Nduja is a soft and spreadable fermented salami that comes from the region of Calabria in southern Italy! It is quite spicy and therefore goes perfectly with a mild and creamy burrata like here!
Ingredients
- 1 pack broccolini
- 1 handful almond
- 50 g nduja
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 handful parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 x burrata
Method
- Roast the broccolini in the oven with a little oil and salt for 8–10 minutes at 200 C until it starts to take on a little colour. Add the almonds with the broccolini in the last 5 minutes if they are not already toasted.
- Fry the N'duja with 1 tablespoon of butter for 2–3 minutes.
- Gremolata: Finely chop the parsley and garlic, and mix with the lemon zest in a bowl.
- Arrange the broccolini on a plate together with the burrata. Top with the N´duja butter and a small squeeze of honey, and sprinkle over the gremolata and chopped almonds.
