- 25 g oats
- ½ tsp sea salt flakes

- Whisk the eggs combine with the oats.
- Take a spoonful at a time and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Squeeze the dough into thin, round shapes - the thinner, the crispier the crackers will be.
- Top with sea salt and bake in the middle of the oven at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes. Flip the crackers and bake for another 3 minutes. Allow them to cool and crisp up on a cooling rack.
